Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee complex polysomnographic procedures and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations Monitor sleep studies and assist technologists with troubleshooting to ensure accurate and high-quality data acquisition Score and tabulate sleep recordings in accordance with established guidelines, including sleep staging, respiratory events, and limb movements Prepare detailed reports and summaries for physician interpretation Ensure adherence to BRPT Standards of Conduct and departmental policies Maintain compliance with HFHS Sleep Center guidelines for scoring reliability and quality assurance Support a safe, professional, and patient-focused care environment Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential through BRPT Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification Knowledge of polysomnography procedures, scoring standards, and sleep study equipment Preferred Bachelor's degree with coursework in a scientific or healthcare-related field Prior experience in a sleep lab or accredited sleep center Why Join Henry Ford Health?
