Regional CDL-A Final Mile Driver | $90,500 Annual Average + $5K Bonus
Hey drivers, sick of weak miles? I'm looking for hardworking operators to fill our regional final mile fleet running east of I-35.
THE PAY: Earn an estimated $90,500 average yearly, backed by a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Base mileage pays $0.62–$0.72 CPM, stacked with $39.31 stop pay and $2.50 drop/hook.
THE FREIGHT: Deliver furniture and bulky goods using a hand truck. This is heavy labor (exerting up to 100 lbs of force). Trucks are preloaded, but you handle pick-up/return loads.
MILES & AREA: Run regional routes east of I-35, averaging ~1,800 miles and 15 stops weekly.
SCHEDULE: Head out Sunday evening or Monday morning (0500–0600 starts). Expect a heavy ~70-hour weekly schedule, returning Friday or Saturday for your 34-hour reset (plus possible 1–2 mid-week home touches).
EQUIPMENT & REQUIREMENTS: Drive assigned sleeper conventionals with zero slip-seating. Requires 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, reliable personal transportation to the yard, a DOT physical, and pre-employment DOT screening (urine and hair follicle tests).
PERKS: Day-one PTO, full medical/dental/vision after 30 days, 401(k) match, parental leave, family benefits, and 6 paid holidays.
