Required Skills:

• Proficient in reading and using ruler measurements, including both metric and standard units.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate well with coworkers.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload rolls of plastic film onto machinery and remove finished products to pallets.
• Palletize finished goods according to customer specifications.
• Accurately complete and apply labels to finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and machine.
• Follow all facility safety regulations, implement appropriate dress code and work effectively as part of a team.
• Organize and weigh scrap material and clean the work area at the end of each shift.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift between 55- 65 lbs.
• Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, standing and walking.
• Extensive use of hands and fingers.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Occasional use of Pallet Jacks and Big Joe equipment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
