Key Responsibilities:
" Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
" Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
" Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
" Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
" Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
" Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
" Active MI Speech-Language Pathologist License
" Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
" Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply!)
" Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
" Strong communication and collaboration skills
