This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of K-12 learners. The role offers placement across 2-3 school buildings, with on-site services required, and administrators will make every effort to accommodate your grade-level preferences.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working across multiple buildings within a district
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, families, and administration to foster student success
  • Manage a caseload that may involve 32.5 hours of direct, billable onsite support weekly
  • Attend meetings and contribute to the development and modification of student IEPs
  • Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff as appropriate
