Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Hayward, CA (Start at Country Drive with float to Hayward site)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

We’re looking for a dedicated and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hayward, California. This role starts at our Country Drive location, currently serving a caseload of approximately 8 patients, with occasional float to our Hayward site supporting 1–2 patients. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive rehab environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Requirements:

• Active California SLP license

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

• Current ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status

• BLS certification

• Skilled nursing or geriatric care experience preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Your Impact:

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans

• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders

• Work collaboratively with a rehab team across multiple sites

• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff for effective carryover

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
