Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and families
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
