Unit Notes **Should be agreeable to cover all 11 counties across both offices (Elizabethtown & Bardstown). It is a very large territory; travel from corner to corner takes over 2.5 hours.
MUST HAVE KY LICENSE IN HAND UPON SUBMITTING - LICENSE CANNOT BE PENDING. MUST ALSO HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE.

Home Health Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties 1 year clinical experience SLP Manager/Supervisor MCS Rehab Aides: SLA's N/A Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)
