You, our Ideal Candidate As a valued member of our in-house team, not a contracted service, you’re more than a therapist. You are a key support in the daily journey of our residents toward improved communication and connection. You bring empathy, strong communication skills, and a consultative mindset, working closely with residents, patients, and families to ensure everyone understands the care process and feels supported along the way. Responsibilities As our Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll evaluate and treat individuals experiencing speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing challenges. Your work helps residents regain skills and improve their ability to connect and communicate with the world around them.
