Post Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for an experienced SLP who enjoys mentorship, leadership, and supporting Clinical Fellows in a collaborative rehab setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows
- Oversee speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
- Support documentation compliance and clinical quality standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance and staff support
Qualifications:
- Active SLP license required
- 2+ years of SNF experience required
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
