Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor to lead speech therapy services within our skilled nursing facility. This role combines clinical care with team leadership and offers the opportunity to support residents while helping guide the success of the speech therapy program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
  • Oversee daily speech therapy operations and support department workflow
  • Mentor and collaborate with SLP team members and interdisciplinary staff
  • Partner with nursing, rehab leadership, physicians, and families to support resident care plans
  • Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and clinical support initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Skilled nursing experience required
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
  • Experience with dysphagia management and interdisciplinary care planning preferred
