Job Details Location: Tucson, ArizonaRole Type: HybridU.S. citizenship requiredSecurity Clearance: None requiredSalary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USDResponsibilities Drive development of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), providing clear financial insight to program leadership.Report Earned Value (EV) metrics and perform detailed analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.Support core cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early identification of risks or issues.Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to support program execution and resolve cost or schedule concerns.Maintain accurate program financial baselines and support monthly reviews and planning activities.Must Have Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.Experience in Program Controls, including knowledge of Earned Value Management fundamentals.Experience in a finance role.Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, metrics, and reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost and schedule data.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data modeling, and visualization tools.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams such as Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.Experience supporting production programs, non‑recurring efforts, or fast‑paced execution environments.Familiarity with cost management tools such as SAP or similar systems.Benefits Parental (including paternal) leaveFlexible work schedulesAward recognition programsEducational assistanceChild and adult backup careHealthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefitsEqual Opportunity Employer RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
