Small Business Collections Lead (Hybrid)OverviewAs a Small Business Collections Lead, your primary responsibility will be to coach and mentor team members to ensure their success and a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will partner with management in guiding the team towards achieving maximum efficiency and overall effectiveness. This role reports to the Senior Lead, SMB Collections.ResponsibilitiesMonitor metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to improve representative's productivityAssist with one-on-one meetings, weekly meetings, and coaching sessionsIdentify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve performance and promote engagementSupport employee engagement with use of reward and recognition toolsCollaborate with and help support teams to reach business growthPerform additional functions as assigned by direct managerRequirements3 or more years of collections experience (B2B collections experience is a plus)1 or more years of leadership experienceProficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for working with diverse types of technologyExcellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partnersComfort with a dynamic work environment and a demonstrated ability to adapt to change are crucial attributesCompensation and BenefitsThe budgeted annual salary range for this position is $48,400 to $71,600. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus.
