We are a Small buiness drinking water company B2B with approximately 60 employees seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment, partnering closely with leadership, and building strong financial processes that support growth.
The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both the big picture and the day-to-day accounting work. This person should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, improving processes, and communicating clearly with management, staff, vendors, and outside partners.
