We are currently seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager position located within Zions Bancorporation's footprint in UT,ID,TX,AZ,CO,NV,OR,WA,CA.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for generating and structuring SBA and/or conventional loans by proactively calling, developing, and maintaining relationships.
- Identifies business development opportunities and participates in joint business development calls with bankers to assist in identifying and facilitating sales opportunities.
- Ensures loan quality by assessing client eligibility, reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation to determine appropriate solutions that meets the client's loan needs.
- Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, SBA agency guidelines when necessary, and bank credit administration policies and practices.
- Structures loan proposals and prepares credit packages for appropriate approval authorities.
- Monitors assigned loan portfolio for risk rate accuracy and delinquencies to mitigate losses.
- May participate in community organizations and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's in marketing, finance, business, or related field and some experience with lending, credit, banking, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services, credit policies and regulations.
- Must have excellent customer service, negotiation and computer skills.
- Knowledge of commercial, SBA and/or small business lending.
- Must have strong analysis and credit review skills as well as basic working knowledge of relevant credit and risk policies.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
