General Summary

The service technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing Stihl equipment in an orderly and timely fashion. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Customer Service

• Analyze equipment for customer. (Follow Stihl's analysis guidelines)
• Repair equipment as needed.
• Communicate deficiencies back to service manager.
• Perform warranty work as needed.

Other Essential Requirements

The ability to work M-F, 8am to 5pm.

Education/Training

High School or GED equivalent.

Experience

Previous Stihl equipment repair desired but not required. A general ability to work with machinery and small engines is a must.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs).
