Compensation

Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Base pay can reach up to $16.25/hr. Note: Compensation may vary based on experience. Salary decisions are influenced by various factors, including the minimum qualifications outlined in the job description, training and experience, work location, required travel (if applicable), and external market conditions. Job Responsibilities

The Small Engines Parts Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience
• Stocking, selling, and ordering various small engine parts
• Processing special orders and assisting customers with warranty claims
• Communicating effectively with manufacturers and vendors
• Ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory levels of small engine parts
• Utilizing computer systems to initiate and complete customer work orders
• Filing warranty claims promptly
• Assisting customers with loading and unloading products
• Notifying customers regarding the completion date of their work
• Processing customer payments at the register
• Adhering to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with computer systems for job entry, warranty filing, and parts assistance
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Able to work evenings as needed and at least every other weekend
• Must pass a background check
