Compensation: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour + Productivity Bonuses

Employment Type: Full-Time (average 48-52 hours per week)

Shift: 1st (4:00 am - end of shift)

We are searching for a full-time Small Equipment Operator at our recycling center location on our 1st shift and 2nd shift. This position comes with great opportunities for advancement! Responsibilities:

  • Operate small equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, balers, etc.
  • Stacking/Cleaning baled material
  • Moving material throughout the facility and emptying full containers
  • General preventative maintenance on machines
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • The ability to pass small equipment training and certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
