Small Picker 
Job Summary
Employnet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Small Picker to join our warehouse team. The Small Picker is responsible for accurately locating, picking, checking, and preparing products for orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick small items and products according to customer or production orders.
• Use handheld scanners and inventory systems to locate and verify merchandise.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution.
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and organization of products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise to a supervisor.
• Work effectively with team members and management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
