We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Small Projects team. This role is essential in coordinating daily operations, ensuring timely billing, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process T&M and bid project billings
  • Enter and code AP invoices; manage credit card payments
  • Dispatch service calls and assist with scheduling manpower
  • Maintain job boards, job files, and inventory records
  • Apply for permits and assist with payroll and timecards
  • Support tool tracking, training coordination, and license renewals
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Accounting knowledge and familiarity with plumbing/mechanical systems are a plus.
