We are looking for rising engineering graduates to join the SI EP Engineering Leadership Development Program, a two-year journey featuring four six-month rotations across multiple Siemens SI EP sites and engineering functions. Rotation locations include Peachtree Corners, GA; Tucker, GA; Roebuck, SC; Hingham, MA; Bellefontaine, OH; Grand Prairie, TX; Broken Arrow, OK; Juarez, Mexico; Chihuahua, Mexico; and Monterrey, Mexico. This program begins in early July 2027. This program is designed to accelerate your growth and lay the groundwork for an impactful software engineering career at Siemens through hands-on experiences that build your technical expertise and industry knowledge, hone your leadership capabilities, cultivate your professional network across departments, and offer mentorship and exposure to senior leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll transition into a targeted full-time role as an R&D Software Engineer in Peachtree Corners, GA.
