About WeLink

WeLink is a next-generation wireless internet service provider. We use millimeter wave technology, including our own custom radios, and a proprietary, patent-pending approach to network deployment that allows us to deliver fiber-like internet faster and more cost-effectively than traditional providers.

Founded by experienced fixed-wireless veterans, WeLink is building a better alternative to the traditional cable and telecommunications model. We are focused on delivering reliable, high-quality internet while creating a better experience for businesses and the communities we serve.

We are expanding our SMB business and looking for sales professionals who want more than just a sales territory-they want the opportunity to help build something new.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial SMB Outside Sales Representative to help launch and grow WeLink's small and medium-sized business customer base in new markets.

This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on identifying businesses that need better internet service, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and turning new markets into revenue-producing territories.

The ideal candidate is comfortable walking into a business, introducing themselves to an owner or decision-maker, uncovering a need, and asking for the sale. You should be highly self-motivated, persistent, and excited by the opportunity to build a territory rather than simply manage an existing book of business.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new SMB sales opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
• Prospect directly into businesses through in-person visits and sometimes cold outreach.
• Develop relationships with business owners, managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Meet face-to-face with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers to understand their internet and connectivity needs.
• Present WeLink's business internet solutions and clearly communicate the value, reliability, speed, and flexibility of our service.
• Overcome objections, negotiate when appropriate, and confidently close new business.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from sale to installation and activation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B, outside sales, business development, or a similar field-based sales role.
• Comfortable walking into businesses, and initiating conversations with people you have never met.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Competitive, persistent, and results-oriented.
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate technical products and services.
• Telecommunications, internet, technology, or B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What's in it for You:

• 6 figure earning potential
• Paid Training: $110/day for up to 5 days.
• Monthly stipend of $2,000 for first 90-days to get you through the ramp period
• Uncapped commissions, paid out weekly
• Flexible Schedule: Work whatever days/hours make sense for you
• Fast Sales Cycle: Close deals and move customers toward installation quickly.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or any other status protected by applicable law.
