SME Co-Ordinator

The Best Connection are seeking an organised and proactive SME Co-Ordinator to support our client based in Fawley, Southampton. This is a predominantly office-based role with some time spent in the warehouse.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Support and coordinate the daily activities of the SME team.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyse SAP data and create reports using pivot tables and formulas.
• Maintain MSDS records and support audit requirements.
• Manage warehouse shelf-life checks and non-conformance investigations.
• Compile and distribute cost reports.
• Administer SAP records, goods receipting, and other warehouse administration.
• Provide holiday cover for the Catalyst Controller.

Job requirements:

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP is desirable (training provided if required).
• Able to prioritise workloads, use initiative, and support team activities.
• Previous office leadership or coordination experience is an advantage.

Pay rate of £16.82 per hour, weekly pay.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:15 (Monday to Thursday) and 07:30 to 15:00 (Friday).
