Job Title: SME Oracle APEX Developer
Location: Washington, DC (onsite)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $91.00 - $110.00/HR on W2
Security Clearance: Public Trust

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using Oracle APEX and related tools.
• Perform advanced development with Oracle APEX 21 and above.
• Utilize Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Design and manipulate web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment.
• Support Oracle Database products version 11 and above, including database objects and scripting.
• Manage storage and retrieval of unstructured data such as BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, and XMLType.
• Develop and manage APIs, web services, and migration strategies for secure and scalable web applications.
• Deliver enterprise workflow applications that automate business processes.

Requirements

• BA degree required
• 12+ years of relevant experience, or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
• Experience with secure network programming and security certificates.
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL Developer, and Quest Toad.
• Strong skills in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
• Experience managing unstructured data in Oracle environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile development and customer interface roles.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Database 11+, Forms, Reports, Oracle APEX 4.0+, and government contracting with DOJ clearance.
