Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Smile CDR environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Manage repositories, modules, partitions, channels, and security
- Support FHIR APIs and interoperability programs
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
- Troubleshoot API, ingestion, and platform issues
- Implement security, audit logging, and compliance controls
- Create runbooks, deployment procedures, and operational standards
- Support CMS, Prior Authorization, Patient Access, Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer initiatives
