In addition to our market, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, preparing fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats daily.We are currently seeking a creative and proactive SMM / Content Creator to lead our Instagram presence and help tell our story through engaging, high-quality content.What You'll DoCreate 8-12 Reels per month for Instagram and TikTokCreate and publish Stories throughout the monthPhotograph food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, events, and team membersPlan and maintain a monthly content calendarWrite engaging captions and social media copyEdit short-form videos and photos for social mediaPublish and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokMonitor and respond to comments and direct messagesStay up to date with current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content stylesDevelop creative content ideas to promote menu items, specials, events, and the restaurantReview basic social media analytics and adjust content based on performanceCoordinate content creation with the restaurant team when neededRequired QualificationsPrevious experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketingStrong portfolio of Reels / TikTok / short-form video contentAbility to independently shoot and edit high-quality short-form videosGood photography skills, especially food and restaurant photographyStrong understanding of Instagram and TikTokAbility to create engaging captions and visual contentUnderstanding of current social media trends and best practicesAbility to work independently and meet agreed deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable access to a smartphone capable of high-quality photo and video recordingExperience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar editing tools is a plusRestaurant, food, hospitality, or lifestyle content experience is a plusWork Schedule: Regular on-site shoots required in Fife, WAPay & Compensation: $1,500-$2,500 per month (depending on experience)Please include a link to your portfolio or examples of your previous work with your application.If you love storytelling, food culture, and building brands through social media, we'd love to hear from you!
