What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Smog Technician / Automotive Technician who:

• Has a strong sense of urgency
• Takes ownership of their work
• Wants to grow, not just clock in
• Can perform accurate diagnostics + efficient repairs
• Is comfortable with smog inspections

Responsibilities

• Perform smog inspections and Repair Vehicles
• Complete diagnostics and repairs efficiently
• Perform courtesy inspections (5–15 min expectation)
• Submit accurate parts lists + notes in Techmetric
• Maintain quality control – no comebacks
• Communicate clearly with service advisors

Pay Structure

• Base: $33.80/hr
• Performance Pay: Up to $38-45+/hr
• Paid based on productivity + efficiency
• No cap for top performers
