Smokehouse Operator

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Smokehouse Operator Monday - Friday from 7:00am - to finish or Rotating Machine Operators Monday - Friday 6:00am to finish. Will avergae 40-55 hours per week.

Requirements for the position:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Candidates must be able to learn to operate industrial smoke houses in accordance with company policy.
• Work in both hot / cold environments.
• Unload product at the completion of the cook cycle.
• Monitor controls throughout the cook cycle to verify the smokehouse is running properly.
• Must conduct process checks though out the shift to ensure are regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
• Capable of filling out required paperwork documenting process checks.
• Capable of working as part of a team.
• Complete other tasks not related to running a smoke house as required
