Smoothie Bar Shift Leader

We are seeking a Smoothie Bar Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of workers on your shift
• Delegate daily responsibilies to team members, ie prep work, cleaning, completion of orders
• Train and monitor employees
• Take customer orders, make orders, package orders
• Restock during your shift

• Ability to stand for 5 hrs at a time
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
