The Smoothie King at FM 646 and I45 in League City is seeking full-time and part-time Team Captains to work anytime or evenings during the week and on weekends.

Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest quality product and service to our Guests
- Lead by example and exemplify the Smoothie King standards of service and cleanliness at all times
- Ensure timely completion of the Daily Duty List throughout the shift
- Open, complete shift change, and close the location per Smoothie King’s standards
- Communicate effectively with Management, the Guests, and fellow Team Members
- Achieve goals set forth by the Manager and help ensure that other Team Members are also striving to reach the location’s goals
- Become knowledgeable on all of Smoothie King’s products, including retail
- Must have the ability to suggestively sell
- Must be punctual
- Must be available to work various shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
Requirements:
Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of <55lbs in weight, stoop, and bend.
Employees must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
You will need an up-to-date food handlers card.
Background check required upon employment.
