Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate SMT machines and production equipment
- Load components and materials onto machines
- Inspect boards and assemblies for quality issues
- Perform basic machine setup and troubleshooting
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous SMT or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light materials
