This is a 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) position, with 8 weeks of training on 1st shift. It is a temp-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates.
The role involves operating screen printers, paste inspection, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens. Candidates will collaborate with team members and supervisors to set up and run jobs, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Essential duties include problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and safety compliance (MPI, OSHA, SDS). Proficiency with MPI MIS (Aegis) software and component identification training are required.
Level responsibilities include loading/unloading machines, understanding feeders, and operating equipment with 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent.
