Operates and maintains automated surface-mount equipment for the purpose of building printed circuit boards. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for setup, operation, and maintenance of surface-mount machinery (Stencil Printer, Samsung/Hanwha Pick and Place, and Reflow Ovens)
- Follows written and verbal work instructions.
- Understands soldering application for acceptance/rejection of board.
- Maintains a clean work environment to ensure product integrity and quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned to achieve company goals and objectives.
General Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree from tech school preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Possesses attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fine motor skills, dexterity, and vision – able to utilize microscope when required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (8-hour shift w/lunch and two paid breaks) This position is on-site in Lancaster, PA. Reliable transportation is required.
