Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $28hr - $33hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Requires developing job knowledge and skills on AOI and Circuit soldering.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to follow quality, safety, and work instruction requirements.
  • Ability to work in a production floor environment with appropriate PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Operates and monitors Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment used in the assembly of circuit card assemblies and printed circuit boards.
  • Loads feeders and verifies part numbers and setup.
  • Supports solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow processes.
  • Inspects boards for workmanship or obvious defects.
  • Maintains production flow by responding to machine alarms and replenishing materials.
  • Documents production activity accurately.
  • Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions.
  • Ensures finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations and escalates to supervision when necessary.
  • Communicates with departmental contacts to provide or obtain information requiring explanation.
