Seeking a SMT Operator for a day shift in Milpitas, CA.
Follow safety and ESD procedures, set up and operate programmable screen printers, gluing machines, SMT placement machines, and reflow ovens.
Handle chemicals, perform preventive maintenance, and record activities in logs.
Operate equipment including Fuji CP 4 & CP 6, GSM Universal, Dek, Heller Re-flow, and wave solder machines.
Perform additional machine operations and projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of SMT pick & place machine experience.
- Ability to load reels, trays, and sticks; maintain feeders; read BOM, drawings, and instructions.
- Familiarity with DEK265 Printer, Fuji CP643E, CP65E, GSM2, Heller Oven.
- High school diploma preferred; basic computer skills, knowledge of Part data and IPC-610 standards.
- Good dexterity, communication skills, and ability to work with mechanical tools.
