SMT Operator

First Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
Seeking an experienced and certified SMT Machine Operator to support the manufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include machine set-up, operation, quality monitoring and basic troubleshooting related to the high-speed placement of components.
Education: SMT Operator
High school diploma/ GED
IPC Certification desired
Experience: SMT Operator
3+ years SMT Machine Operation required
Required Skills: SMT Operator
- Solid understanding of the functions and operations of SMT equipment (Siemens experience is a plus)
- Effectively read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly prints
- Component identification
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
