SMT Operator - Surface Mount Operator

Seeking an experienced SMT Operator in Ventura County, CA for a full-time, non-exempt role with ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities include

• setting up, programming, and operating surface mount pick-and-place machines
• operating stencil printers and reflow ovens
• performing routine maintenance and manual component placement
• inspecting assemblies and reading technical drawings and Gerber files
• soldering SMT and thru-hole components and monitoring production issues.
• 
  Qualifications include
• 2+ years of SMT or related electronics manufacturing experience
• knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering, and measuring equipment
• strong communication skills, with familiarity with Siemens machines a plus
• .
  Requirements include the ability to lift 25 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
