If candidates have worked in the electronic manufacturing field it's bonus. Candidates will perform the following:
The Machine Operator sets up, adjusts, and operates production equipment to process printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
Set up, adjust, and operate conformal coat, solder wave, SMT, or related equipment per work instructions (process-specific assignments).
Verify PCBs are properly prepped/masked before processing; load correct materials and monitor flow.
Perform in-process and post-process inspection of PCBs and coated/soldered assemblies.
Complete equipment and product changeovers; replenish consumables as required.
Perform basic machine maintenance including visual inspection, cleaning, filter changes, and simple preventive-care tasks.
