Order fulfillment management (Forecast, MPS, DPS, Sales order and shipment on time delivery) 2. Capacity planning (Production line readiness preparation) 3. Inventory management (Stock level, DSI, WIP, Stock turnover, SLM, OBS, Aging inventory control) 4. Good communication and quick response improve customer satisfaction 5.
