Required Skills:
- Valid LPN/LVN license in good standing
- Recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting
- Proficiency with Point Click Care electronic health records system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist with CNA duties as needed
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and holiday shifts
- Must adhere to mandatory lunch breaks during each shift
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with geriatric patient care
- Additional certifications such as CPR/BLS
- Multilingual abilities to enhance resident communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse certification
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a long-term care environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week
- Willingness to assist with CNA duties when required
- Punctuality and reliability excessive tardiness or call-offs may result in contract termination
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $40.20, with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and a generous referral bonus program.
