Required Skills:
- Valid RN licensure in the state
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- BLS/CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
- Experience working 3p-11p shifts with mandatory lunch breaks
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work every other weekend and holiday
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
- Valid CPR certification preferred; will be provided if necessary
