What Youll Need:
- Valid LPN/VN licensure in your state
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Graduate of a state-approved LPN/VN program
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Other Requirements:
- 24 hours/week schedule, primarily 3 PM to 11 PM shifts
- Availability every other weekend and holiday
- Willingness to float to different units based on staffing
- Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential; excessive tardies or call-offs may lead to termination
- Current certifications in CPR/BLS; additional certifications are a plus
