Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of skilled nursing standards and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- CPR and First Aid certification
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or acute care environment
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Certifications:CPR, First Aid (additional certifications are a plus)
- Ability to maintain licensure and stay current with industry standards
- Must adhere to all facility, state, and federal regulations
