Pay up to $90,000 based on expierence
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Skilled Nursing Unit Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of the skilled nursing unit
- Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (CMS, state guidelines)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapy, and social services
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training
- Oversee care plans, documentation, and clinical outcomes
- Address resident and family concerns in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes
