A little about this position:
- Join the team that creates and delivers an extraordinary Sno-Go experience.
- Teaches & guides all levels of snow bike lessons to our guests in the form of private or group experiences.
- Assist guests with all aspects of snow bike rental process, including the orientation process.
- Performs maintenance on bikes to meet our service standards, accurately recording information and signatures to manage risk.
Requirements:
- High School GED or equivalent
- Experience as a camp councilor, swim coach, day care provider etc are preferred
- Experience in bike industry preferred
- Intermediate or above bike handling skills
- Excelent verbal communication skills are needed
- An ability to work in a team oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality
- Strong mechanical aptitude & ability to problem solving abilities.
- Operate in a high energy environment & able to lift 40 pounds.
- A passion for working with participants of all ages and abilities in a summer environment is a prerequisite for this position.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.77
