Job Description We’re looking for upbeat, reliable Team Members to join our crew. Positions may include working at the coffee bar, register, & snowball stand. You’ll help prepare and serve drinks and snoballs, greet guests, handle orders, and keep your station clean and stocked. Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, or snowballs depending on location
Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
Keep all areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist teammates during busy times to ensure smooth operations
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Qualifications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
Able to stand for long periods and work in warm or outdoor environments
Must be at least 16 years old (work permit required for minors)
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Compensation: Hourly pay + tips + employee discounts
