    ServiceNow Developer (5+ Years Experience)
    Location: Must be in or around Beaverton, OR for Onsite commute.
    Hybrid with 4 days onsite required.
    Employment Type: Contract or Full Time

    Summary
    We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience, strong integration expertise, and excellent communication skills.
    This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and custom applications, with a strong emphasis on API driven integrations and cross team collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities
    " Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions.
    " Build and support REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub flows, and external system connectors.
    " Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
    " Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate progress clearly.
    " Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
    " Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.
    " Ensure code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and version control.
    " Support platform upgrades, patching, and new feature adoption.

    Required Qualifications
    " 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
    " Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
    " Proven experience building complex integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, MID Server, and scripted APIs.
    " Solid understanding of ITSM processes; experience with CSM, HRSD, or custom apps is a plus.
    " Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and customers.
    " Experience working in Agile environments.
    " ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred
    " Asset Management experience (Hardware and Software)
    " Application Developer Certification
