The Rate of pay for this role is $30-$32.00 per hour depending upon experience and is decided when the offer is made by the Hiring Managers.
We plan to start scheduling In-Person Interviews between 10/16 and end of November or until Open positions are filled. Hiring is very time sensitive and first come first served, please do respond quickly or you could lose out on a position.
Snow Season is a Seasonal, Part-time, ON CALL OVERNIGHT position for most Branches though there could be more hours for some Branches depending upon contracts. You will not likely start work until the first snowfall of the year that is more than the full-time, year-round help we retain can handle. So there will be a period of time between receiving and accepting an offer of employment before you start working.
Due to the nature of ON CALL and that most of the Snow shifts are overnight; there is a zero-tolerance policy for not returning communication or showing up when contacted to work. The season starts for On-Call Snow Help on the first measurable snow fall that cannot be handled by the small full-time crew we retain all year.
