As a Snowsports Instructor, you will provide group and/or individual ski and snowboard instruction to students of varying ages and ability levels, with a focus on creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Heiliger Huegel is a private, members-only ski club and lessons are available only to members and guests of members.
\n• Deliver ski and snowboard instruction to beginner and intermediate participants
\n• Support skill development through structured, encouraging lessons
\n• Ensure safety and adherence to ski area policies
\n• Collaborate with fellow instructors and program staff
\n• Represent the club in a professional and welcoming manner
\nEmployment as a Snowsports Instructor requires at least 1 weekend day of availability (Saturday or Sunday) during the snowsports season. The season typically begins in early- to mid-December and runs through early March. Preference will be given to candidates with greater availability to teach both days of the weekend and/or weekday evenings.
\n• Minimum age: 16
\n• Intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability
\n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n• Dependable and team-oriented
\n• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
\nHeiliger Huegel Ski School is affiliated with PSIA-AASI (Professional Ski Instructors of America – American Association of Snowboard Instructors). We provide training and support for instructors pursuing PSIA/AASI certification.
