Purpose of Job
We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Senior Administrative Assistant to support the VP of our global Care Chemicals business and provide ad hoc assistance to the broader global team (including VP Marketing CSA). This role is critical for driving efficiency through AI and smart processes, owning logistics for 1-2 annual conferences/events, and handling flexible administrative work including SAP transactions. Ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on making leaders and teams more effective. Houston hybrid role (min. 3 days office/week) with scheduling flexibility within a standard 40-hour work week.

Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and demonstrated use of AI tools to drive productivity and quality.
SAP or similar ERP experience for administrative transactions strongly preferred.
Proven strength in calendar/travel management, event coordination, multitasking, and delivering consistent, detail-oriented results with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels; self-motivated with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
